About Evergreen Gardens

With our outstanding 5:1 caregiver-to-resident ratio, you’ll have the time and support to truly connect with residents. We are a licensed 16-bed assisted living & memory care home in Strongsville, OH, where caregivers are valued, respected, and encouraged to grow.

About You

  • STNA, CNA, or HHA certification preferred (can train as needed)

  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Previous senior care experience preferred

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can train as needed)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, meals)

  • Parcticipate in resident activities (games, entertainment etc.)

  • Provide mobility support and companionship

  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry

  • Support residents with dignity and empathy

  • Participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities
